Zenticore – Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Locations

Zenticore ships products from the United States and China, depending on inventory and product type:

- China (main warehouse)
- United States (secondary warehouse)

Your order may ship from either location, or be split across both if you order multiple items. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- If your order contains items from both China and US warehouses, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
- You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Times (After Processing)

Fulfillment Location - China

Standard Shipping - 10 - 20 business days

Expedited Shipping (where available) - 5 - 10 days
 
Fulfillment Location - United States

Standard shipping - 5–10 business days

Expedited shipping - 2–5 business days 

Note for South African customers: Please expect longer delivery windows due to international transit. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks in advance for time-sensitive needs.

Shipping Costs

Domestic (South Africa): Calculated at checkout based on total weight and fulfillment location.
International (all other countries): Calculated at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over R2000 

Tracking Information

- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Please note: Tracking from China may take 3–5 business days to become active after shipping.
- If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days, contact us at simba.zenticore.store

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Very Important!)

Because Zenticore ships internationally from China and the US:

You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country.
Zenticore does not collect or pay these fees. They are separate from the amount you paid at checkout.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential charges.
South African customers: Orders valued over ZAR 500 (approx.) may be subject to VAT and import duties by SARS.
We cannot declare packages as "gifts" or reduce declared values. This is illegal and can result in your package being seized or destroyed.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delays: Once shipped, Zenticore is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier strikes, weather, or pandemic-related disruptions.
Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 20+ business days (China shipments) or 10+ business days (US shipments), contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after tracking shows "Delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you enter an address incorrectly, email us immediately at simba@zenticore.store.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot update the address or issue refunds for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Split Shipments (Multiple Warehouses)

If your order includes products from both China and US warehouses:

- You will receive two tracking numbers.
- You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
- Delivery times may vary between packages (e.g., US package may arrive in 7 days, China package in 18 days).

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping (standard shipping only).
- Some countries may have import restrictions on certain products. It is your responsibility to check if your order is allowed into your country.
